| Egg noodles | 100 g (2 nests) |
| Oyster sauce | 3 tbsp |
| Light soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Fish sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Coconut sugar | 1 tbsp |
| Chicken breast | 200 g |
| Garlic cloves | 2 pieces |
| Chinese broccoli | 100 g |
| Egg | 1 |
Cook the Egg Noodles
Boil the egg noodles for about 7 minutes until soft. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water to prevent them from cooking further. Set aside.
Prepare the Seasoning Sauce
In a glass jar combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.
Stir-Fry Chicken & Veggies
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until light golden. Crack in the egg and scramble. Add sliced chicken and Chinese broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add Noodles & Seasoning Sauce
Stir in the noodles and seasoning sauce. Stir-fry until cooked through and serve immediately.
