| Pad Thai Noodles kit | 1 pack |
| Diced tofu (optional) | 100 g |
| Prawns (peeled, deveined) | 5–8 pieces |
| Egg | 1 piece |
| Bean sprouts | 100 g |
| Unsalted crushed peanuts (optional) | 10 g |
| Coriander, chopped | 10 g |
| Lime | 1 piece |
Boil the Noodles
Boil the rice noodles (included in the noodles kit) in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes until slightly soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking. Set aside.
Stir-Fry Tofu & Prawns
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry tofu until golden brown, then set aside. Stir-fry prawns until almost cooked through, add the tofu back, then crack in the egg. Keep stirring until everything is cooked through.
Add Noodles & Sauce
Add the noodles and Pad Thai sauce (included in the kit) to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
Add Bean Sprouts & Plate Your Dish
Add bean sprouts then serve straight from the pan. Garnish with crushed unsalted peanuts, fresh coriander, and lime wedges.

Sie brauchen also weder Garnelen noch Ei. Stattdessen können Sie wunderbar Tofu oder vegane Garnelen verwenden – so bleibt es 100 % vegan und trotzdem super lecker!
