Tom Yum Stir-Fried Noodles

The sauce is full of Tom Yum flavors, so you don’t even need soup !

Ingredients

Tom Yum Stir-Fried Noodles ingredients
Pad Thai Noodles kit 1 pack
Button mushrooms 4 pieces
Onion ½ piece
Bell pepper ½ piece
Prawns (peeled, deveined) 5–8 pieces
Coriander, chopped 10 g
Lime 1 piece

Method

Boil the Noodles

Boil the rice noodles (included in the noodles kit) in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes until slightly soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

Slice the Veggies

Dice mushrooms into quarters. Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips. Set aside.

Stir-Fry Prawns & Veggies

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the prawns until almost cooked through, then add mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper. Keep stirring until cooked through.

Add Noodles & Tom Yum Paste

Add the boiled rice noodles and 1 tbsp of Tom Yum paste. Mix well.

Garnish

Garnish with sliced coriander leaves.
